All orders are shipped using one of the following couriers: UPS, DHL, or Royal Mail, depending on the size, weight, and destination of your package. Our Standard Delivery takes 2 to 3 working days, and the courier will deliver Monday to Friday between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm. Please note that any orders placed over the bank holiday period will not be dispatched until the next working day. Remember that the indicated times apply only to working days (Monday to Friday), and delays may occur during public holidays.
We want to ensure that your goods are protected throughout the transit process until they reach you. For any delivered goods, we may request a signature, at which point the responsibility for your purchased items shifts to you. If you have designated a different recipient for delivery, please understand that a signature by them (or at the delivery address) serves as evidence of delivery and fulfillment by us.
